General Mārtiņš HARTMANIS (L.k.o.k.) (18 Oct 1882 - 27 Jul 1941)
After service in the Russian Army and a period of captivity in German hands, returned to Latvia and joined the Army as Captain on November 18, 1918. Arrested and deported by the Russians in 1940, he was tried and executed in Moscow.
