General Hermanis BUKS (L.k.o.k.) (15 Jan 1896 - 18 Aug 1942)
After service in the Russian Army, joined the Latvian Army as a 1st Lieutenant on December 18, 1918. Arrested and deported by the Russians in 1941, he died in a Moscow prison.
